Kelpsea is a common Water-type, entry #043 in the Paldeck — right at home in the wet and a natural answer to Fire. It sits in the XS size class. In the field guide's words: “Its personality changes depending on the quality of the water it was born into. <characterName id=|Kelpie|/> born into polluted waters are generally ill-tempered and quickly become delinquents.”

In a scrap, Kelpsea brings around 100 Attack, 70 Defense and 70 HP — it's built to hit hard and play offense. Back at base it earns its keep with Farming (Lv 1) and Watering (Lv 1), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
