Slowatt

Slowatt is a uncommon Electric-type, entry #167 in the Paldeck — crackling with energy and rough on Water types. It sits in the S size class. In the field guide's words: “Doing as they please, sleeping when they wish, and eating whatever they like. Surely, <characterName id=|ElecLizard|/> must be toiling in secret to maintain such a luxury. ...Or so the old islanders told themselves, just to get by.”

In a scrap, Slowatt brings around 100 Attack, 70 Defense and 80 HP — it's built to hit hard and play offense. Back at base it earns its keep with Generating Electricity (Lv 3), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
