Vanwyrm is a uncommon Fire/Dark dual-type, entry #064 in the Paldeck — bringing the heat, strong into Grass but wary of Water. It sits in the L size class and is a night owl, most active after dark. In the field guide's words: “The melodies of a flute made from the exoskeleton of a <characterName id=|BirdDragon|/> are said to cross whole mountain ranges. In ages past, such flutes were used to signal an attack.”
In a scrap, Vanwyrm brings around 100 Attack, 90 Defense and 90 HP — it's a balanced pick that won't let you down. Back at base it earns its keep with Kindling (Lv 2) and Transporting (Lv 3), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
