Wistella

Wistella is a common Dark-type, entry #181 in the Paldeck — a creature of the night that likes to play mind games. It sits in the S size class and is a night owl, most active after dark. In the field guide's words: “At the end of its life, a new star appears somewhere in the skies, glowing with the weight of its memories.”

In a scrap, Wistella brings around 100 Attack, 60 Defense and 80 HP — it's built to hit hard and play offense. Back at base it earns its keep with Handiwork (Lv 6) and Transporting (Lv 1), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.

Defeat or capture one and you can expect drops like Nightstar Sand, Small Pal Soul, Electric Radiant Gem, and World Tree Holy Water.
