Pengullet

Pengullet is a common Water/Ice dual-type, entry #017 in the Paldeck — right at home in the wet and a natural answer to Fire. It sits in the XS size class. In the field guide's words: “The feathers of this Pal have all but disappeared, but sadly, its desire to fly has remained as strong as ever. Even now, it tries to fly again in any way it can.”

In a scrap, Pengullet brings around 70 Attack, 70 Defense and 70 HP — it's a balanced pick that won't let you down. Back at base it earns its keep with Cooling (Lv 1), Handiwork (Lv 1), Transporting (Lv 1), and Watering (Lv 1), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
