Pengullet Lux is a common Water/Electric dual-type, entry #017B in the Paldeck — right at home in the wet and a natural answer to Fire. It sits in the XS size class. In the field guide's words: “The feathers of this Pal have all but disappeared, and it can no longer fly. Yet its longing for the sky has turned to jealousy— so it harnessed electricity to strike down those who still soar.”

In a scrap, Pengullet Lux brings around 100 Attack, 70 Defense and 70 HP — it's built to hit hard and play offense. Back at base it earns its keep with Generating Electricity (Lv 2), Handiwork (Lv 1), Transporting (Lv 1), and Watering (Lv 1), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
