How does breeding work in Palworld?
Two parents produce one specific child, decided by a hidden breeding rank — plus a handful of unique special combos. Breeding two of the same species yields that same Pal.

Will breeding change at Palworld 1.0?
Yes — 1.0 introduces a new Genetic Recombination system. PalHoller's breeding logic is version-aware and updates with the patch, so results stay correct.
