In the field guide's words: “Being made of pure energy, its insides are completely hollow. It stuffs earth and minerals into its outer shell, achieving overwhelming mass. Those who are struck by it can only let out hellish groans.”

In a scrap, Menasting Terra brings around 100 Attack, 130 Defense and 100 HP — it soaks damage well and makes a sturdy front-liner. Back at base it earns its keep with Lumbering (Lv 3) and Mining (Lv 6), so it's as useful at home as it is out on the trail.
