What the Wing Pack Actually Is

The Wing Pack is flight gear you wear yourself. You get real aerial movement ÔÇö not just a glide ÔÇö while your whole team stays saddled up for combat. If you've been hauling a Jetragon around purely as a sky taxi, this hands that slot back to something with a job.

Unlocking It: Level 80, 9 Points

The Wing Pack lives in the Ancient Technology tree at level 80 ÔÇö the new level cap ÔÇö and costs 9 Ancient Technology Points. Those points come from boss first-kills: tower bosses, alpha Pals, and raid bosses each pay a one-time bounty. Short on points? Powered flight runs on Wing Cells ÔÇö a separate level-80 technology, crafted at the same Ancient Workbench from 10 Mythical Wood and 20 Crude Oil. Keep a standing craft queue going so you're never grounded; the workforce planner can help you staff a base that keeps the wood and oil flowing.

How It Handles

One honest caveat up front: we're still running our own flight tests, so treat the handling details here as community-reported rather than confirmed. Early player testing is consistent on the broad strokes, though: boosting is what burns Wing Cells ÔÇö fuel drains while you hold the boost, so short bursts with glides between them stretch every cell further ÔÇö and flight is reported to cost no stamina at all. Players also say an empty tank won't drop you out of the sky; the pack reportedly just behaves like a plain glider, so you coast down, restock, and take off again. Straight-line speed gets described as "mid-tier flying mount," not record-setting. We'll firm all of this up as our own numbers come in.
